Do you know how difficult it is to get 5 out of 5?
Here is how it should be. I want written lawful papers on the California Lottery System.
1. First Prize : $5 Million
2. Second Prize: $200,000
3. Third Prize: $5,000
4. Fourth Prize: $50.00
5. Fifth Prize: $25.00
The rest is $0. Giving $1.00 to 100,000 people is meaningless. Rather give it to one person.

How is California going to pay out the jack pot if California has gone bankrupt? Maybe that is what is killing the California economy? People are spending too much money on lottery tickets than pay more on taxes.

If I WON I would beable to Live in a better area in My Town and buy a House there with Cssh Money then will decorate it because I am going to stay there forever and then will Buy a Van when I go to Heaven one of My Children or grand children can have the house and I will Donate Money to The Polamary phibroses Foundation in The memory of My Dad and to My Brother and Then I will Donate Money to Teen Challenge Ministries
